Alawites message to the world
Dear Sir,

The Alwaite (alawyeen) sect in north Lebanon is facing a brutal armed attack by the fundamentalist and Zealot armed groups in city of Tripoli. This attack is aiming to kill Alawyeen indiscriminately, just because its faith. This attack reminds us of the Genocide which the Alawyeen faced some 500 years ago led by same ideas of religious discrimination and hatred.

It is well known that the Alawyeen community has nothing to do in Lebanon politics or religious quarrel, and well known that Alawy Faith is based on peace and love.

We appeal to you to interfere to protect the alawyeen sect from genocide.
